Insurance is an important part of your healthcare. Verifying coverage allows you to focus on your treatment and a hassle-free recovery. 

It is important to bring your insurance card with you to the appointment in addition to any referral visit authorization forms. Patients who arrive without the proper visit authorization forms often cannot be seen and the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
